“In our experience, people typically steal items and sell them in the city to small stores,” Herguth said.
Glover and Custis both posted $200 bail each and were released with return court dates. Tucker also posted $200 bail with a return court date but was turned over to Yonkers Police Department for an active arrest warrant out of their jurisdiction. Tucker also had an active warrant out of Woodbury Police Department, who said they would not be executing their warrant.
