Mt. Kisco Woman Arrested on Drug Charge

Tarrytown Police put $10,000 cash bail on a Mt. Kisco woman who turned herself into local authorities on an active warrant.

On Nov. 1 at 3:06 p.m. Mt. Kisco police reported to Tarrytown Police that they had a woman in their lobby with an active warrant on her in Tarrytown.

Tarrytown detectives went to Mt. Kisco to pick up the defendant. She was held pending arraignment; bail was set at $10,000 cash with a return court date. The defendant was taken to county jail.

According to Tarrytown Lieutenant William Herguth, Melanie Clark, 22, with her address listed as in Mt. Kisco, had several drug-related arrests here “in close succession of each other.” Finally, there was a Halloween court date she did not show for.

  • March 7, 2012  Loitering 1st degree, B Misdeamor
  • April 12, 2012  Loitering 1st degree,  B Misdeamor and Criminal Possession Controlled Substance 7th
  • Due in court on Oct. 31, 2012. Did not appear and a warrant was issued.
