9. Resolutions:
- R-1 Terminate Employee
Giaccio: An employee has been out on worker’s comp for over a year. By law, we have the right to terminate this employee. The Board intends on doing this on Tuesday.
- R-2 Capital Budget
Giaccio: The Board has been discussing the capital budget for several months. They have to pass a resolution to approve borrowing the money. The amount being borrowed is about $750,000.

- R-3 Senior Tax Exemption
Giaccio: A long time ago the Village approved giving a tax break for seniors on low incomes. The State determines the income levels that are eligible for a tax deduction. Each year and the Board has to approve these tax levels set by the State.
