Suicide Prevention Measures on New Bridge

It's the elephant in the room when officials speak of plans for the new Tappan Zee Bridge, but a resident recently asked about suicide prevention; Brian Conybeare answered.

Here's a quick clip on suicide prevention measures to come with the new Tappan Zee Bridge design, explained by spokesperson Brian Conybeare at the recent Westchester Marriott meeting.
