Versatile Goat Cheese Pesto
Appetizers
Makes 3 ½ cups
Ingredients:
½ C Pure Mountain Garlic Olive Oil
2 C packed fresh basil leaves
½ C freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. fresh goat cheese
½ tsp. salt
Directions:
Put the goat cheese, basil, garlic olive oil, grated Parmesan and salt in a blender and process to a smooth paste.
Delicious in numerous ways: as a dip, spread or served over pasta.
