On Sunday June 10, 2012 HealthSav will offer 7 FREE 1 hour adult CPR classes. Pre registration is required and can easily be done at www.healthsav.com. This 1 hour course will train anyone to recognize and immediately treat someone who has collapsed from cardiac arrest. Unless immediate assistance is provided a person who in unconscious and not breathing will die in about 4 minutes. Learn how this is NOT a heart attack as so many often assume. This 1 hour course will completely prepare you and is great for the whole family 12 years of age and above.
