Sleepy Hollow Girls 15-2 after 12th Straight Win, Senior Game this Friday

The Sleepy Hollow girls varsity basketball team beat Ursuline B 45-41 on Tuesday night in a rather sluggish victory.  Compared to its usual 65 points per game, Sleepy seemed to be snowed in by having an extra day off and a late game time.

The team managed to take the lead in the 3rd quarter and hold on, but it wasn't pretty.  The forecast should improve for Senior Day, this Friday, February 7th at 4.45 PM when they take on Eastchester at home.

Please join the team beforehand in honoring graduating senior players Jamie Volpe, Becca Leeper, Jenny Bucci, Jess Tucci and Grace Carr.

These players have been on the varsity team for 3 to 5 years, after playing CYO and TCBL together.  During the last 4 years the team has a combined record of 61-15.   

If you only come out for one regular season game this year, make it this one! (It's the last one before the playoffs).
