Welcome to Patch's daily snapshot of sports in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow.

Boys Hoops

The Section 1 Exceptional Boys Senior Basketball Games will take place Sunday, March 25 at Sleepy Hollow High School.

The games are scheduled for 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Each game will involve the blue team playing the gold team.

Sleepy Hollow's Harley Falasaca will play for the gold team in the first game.

See Josh Thomson’s post on the LoHud Varsity Insider for the complete team rosters.

Hockey Awards

Sleepy Hollow/Irvington ice-hockey defenseman Kevin Halpin was named all-league and teammates, forward Eli Handler and defenseman Kevin Sullivan, were named all-league honorable mention.

Check out Section1hockey.com for a complete list of the award winners.

Hockey All-Stars

The Journal News is deciding who should be its hockey all-stars for this season.

It's a tough process according to Mike Dougherty's post on the LoHud Hockey Blog.

Needless to say, if you have a favorite Sleepy Hollow/Irvington Legend or are an alumni/fan of another school and feel that there are players worthy from there of being selected, now is the time to speak up.
