One of the most upcoming stores lately has been Brandy Melville, a trendy shop with a boutique vibe. I’m definitely not the first to do any sort of blog post on this store, but as it keeps getting more and more popular, I wanted to publish something on it!
I first visited Brandy Melville about two years ago at their Soho location in New York City. Since then, they have expanded so much – in fact, they have opened up two locations much closer to where I live! When I revisited the Soho store a year after my first trip, it was packed with people. The Soho store is where most Brandy fans journey to, almost treating it as an important tourist site alongside the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island! As a result, it gets SUPER crowded and picked over, to the extent where the store is just a mess with teenage girls digging through piles of clothing!
Yesterday, I visited one of the stores closer to my house and had a much more pleasant shopping experience. Except for a few other people browsing, my mom and I basically had the store to ourselves, making it easier to shop around and then try on everything. Brandy Melville’s clothing is one size fits all on almost all their items, so for me, it’s kind of important to see what it looks like on before I go ahead and buy.
