Monday, July 22 

_Tarrytown's Planning Board meeting is at 7 p.m. in Village Hall. On the agenda:

• There's a continuation of public hearings on Toll Brothers, Inc. Wilson Park Drive site plan for the construction of a single-family dwelling on lot 5 (210 Wilson Park Drive)
• Wildey Group, LLC, 124 Wildey Street, on the creation of a drive-thru near current Dollar Dream store for the benefit of a food establishment
• Preliminary presentations from 21 Wildey Street LLC (Contract Vendee)  for a proposed three-story and basement residential building with 35 off-street parking spaces. 
• Preliminary presentation from Justin P. DiNino, 27 Storm Street, for a start-up micro farm brewery
• Preliminary presentation from Ed Coco, Coco Management, 45 North Broadway, for the renovation of existing building to grocery store.
• And JCC-on-the-Hudson, for 371 & 425 South Broadway for renewal of Planning Board approval, which expired on April 25, 2013, to expand and renovate the existing GM Training Center to become the new JCC Community Center.

_The Sleepy Hollow Police Advisory committee meets at 7 p.m.

_The Sleepy Hollow Board of Trustees meets at 7 p.m. in Village Hall.
