_Have you ever seen so much excitement in a grocery store? After quite the pre-party Thursday night with enough free samples to make a meal, entertainment, massages, and everyone (it seemed) in town flocking to the lights flashing across the sky, Mrs. Green's officially opens its big doors today. They will continue to greet customers with festivities (and freebies, bring your coupon!) all weekend. They write: "Join us throughout the weekend for additional attractions will from more live music by area singer/songwriter Curtic Becraft, to Holiday Storytelling for the younger visitors, and continued tastings throughout the store." Store hours are Monday –Sunday 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.; 45 North Broadway.

_Holiday fun and special shopping ops Friday night during Third Friday's pop-up shop at the W@tercooler, 5 to 9 p.m. 21 North Broadway.
