RAW Collaboration of Colombian Dance, Film, Music this Sunday at Firehouse

“We've done it,” announces Naomi Vladeck on Patch, “Rivertown Artists Workshop (RAW) has brought the most amazing professional artists to our doorstep in Sleepy Hollow. Now all you have to do is buy your ticket and show up to get your culture fix for the whole month!”

This Sunday a very special venue, Sleepy Hollow’s Beekman Avenue Fire House, will host the premier of a new film, a short documentary about Colombian dancer Daniel Fetecua’s evolution from a boyhood in his native country to international artist and company director. His original dance performance will be accompanied by new music from Tarrytown resident and fellow native Colombian, renowned composer Pablo Mayor with his trio.

Sunday, Jan. 12, 4 to 6 p.m., 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow.
