The Maceyaks are back into the family business with Bridge View Tavern, a newly renovated version of the bar that father Steve opened 30 years ago. Diners enjoy the view from large windows and the "smoke"-centric menu, with meats cooked "slow and low." Drinkers can choose from 12 craft beers (including state brews like Kelso, Ommegang and Sixpoint, along with Pleasantville favorite Captain Lawrence), a wide wine selection and full liquor bar. Despite the 11 televisions, son Chris says the place isn't going for a sports bar vibe, but rather catering to the 30-something demographic who are not otherwise served by the community.

Great spot with good food, very nice staff, and an inviting feel. A nice spot to catch-up with friends and enjoy a beer.
Back again while in the area and it seems to get better and better.
Super selection of beer, outstanding food preparation and excellent staff.
My humble advice is to arrive early for a table.
