Laura Smutek has worked at the Horseman since it opened in 1989, the year her daughter was born. Now her daughter works there with her every day. A family-friendly vibe is present, with baby photos behind the cash register, comfortable booths and a menu with something for everyone. In addition to the food, coffee and lively atmosphere, customers come for the consistency. The only day that Horsemen closes is Christmas.
