Not too long ago, I leased a Civic from Tarrytown Honda. The experience was great, got a quality car with an awesome monthly car payment plan. Sometime after the holidays I noticed a paint scrape on my back bumper. I bought my car into Tarrytown Honda so they could check it out. They saw it and fixed it up for a menial amount and even gave me a loaner car while I waited.

Horrible service. They look to rip people off and overcharge and take advantage of people when it comes to maintenance/service. I would avoid utilizing Tarrytown Honda for servicing your car.

I can't believe the experience I just had here - for the first time in my life I actually didn't have a horrible experience buying a car. My wife wanted the new Fit, so we went to Tarrytown twice to look at it. The first time was just to browse, which the sales people were fine with. This impressed me a lot. Then we went back for a test drive. Melina our salesgirl was terrific and is part of the reason why we chose to buy the car there. She was never pushy and was happy to answer all of our questions. In the end, we got a great price and even better customer service. Thanks!

I was looking to trade-in my 06 Accord for something newer and everywhere I went seem to want to give me less and less for it. I drove onto the lot at Tarrytown Honda and had finally found what I was looking for a negotiable trade-in price, people who understood my situation and were willing to help. There was not much else to do but to purchase my new Element and I'm really digging it so far.

I felt comfortable as soon as I stepped inside Tarrytown Honda's showroom, which is saying a lot. They have a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly, warm employees. Anisa was a terrific saleswoman and very patient while I shopped for my CR-V. For once, I did not feel I was taken advantage of while buying a car, and words cannot express how grateful I am for this.

Tarrytown Honda is not like any other dealer I've encountered while car shopping. They actually give you individualized attention and LISTEN when you tell them what you want! They understand what customer service really means and make buying a car much less stressful.

I recently bought my first Honda from Tarrytown Honda. My salesman Jay was so incredibly nice and committed to helping me. When I arrived at the dealer, I knew I wanted a Civic, but I did not know which model or trim would suit me best because there are so many. He talked to me to determine my needs, and I eventually wound up settling on a 2012 Civic Coupe EX, which is just PERFECT for me. I really could not be happier with this dealership between this and the great deal they gave me.

My sales consultant Jay made some really great suggestions based off what I told him I wanted, plus financing was quick and simple. They did a great job. Definitely recommend them!

Brought minivan in for routine service. When I went out to the lot to get the minivan, there was a hugh dent and a cracked windsheild. When confronted about the damage, I get the run around about a manager will call. After two days and repeated calls, they basically told me to f off. I guess they can afford to lose one cistomer. I recommend you find another dealer for you services.

I recently got in a huge accident and totaled my car. Very unexpected and I had no money to purchase a new one in such short notice. I needed a car ASAP especially since I had to get to school and work, but I could not pay a fortune. A friend of mine had told me about Tarrytown; she said they had a whole lot of vehicles for just under $10,000. I wasn’t expecting to find something because it is usually never a good story with these dealers. To my surprise I immediately found a 2005 Honda Accord Sedan, fully loaded- leather, navi, sunroof and with less than 60,000 miles. I did everything online with Melissa. She gave me three options on how to finance and only required $2000 down; she even sent me the carfax without me even asking! I worked with her a little over an hour and finalized everything that evening when I came to pick up the car. I am so happy I found them. Like seriously, I don’t know what I would have done if I had to wait for a new car.

The sales dept. at Tarrytown has extremely courteous and professional staff. There was no pressure to buy or push on options. While other dealers were marking up the price of a Civic almost $3,000, Tarrtown Honda NEVER engaged in the practice of price gouging. Tarrytown Honda has established its integrity for this customer and I would highly and strongly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Tarrytown Honda did everything possible and succeeded in delivering the vehicle.

Professional, friendly staff. Luis helped us as soon as we walked on the lot. I told him what I needed size and price wise. He didn’t pressure me into a sale I didn’t want. I got a much better trade in offer here than at another Honda dealership. Love my car, love my payment! It was a pleasure doing business with Tarrytown Honda and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the experience simple for me -it was my first car purchase and I couldn't have been happier. He answered all questions and really went out of his way to find the color car I wanted. He followed up with a phone call as well to see how I was doing with my new car. We went there to shop for a Honda Pilot and first off the receptionist were friendly and the internet marketer was nice too. She had to hand us over to the sales man, Matthew Gish, and the experience spiral downward after. He pulled up the vehicle for us to see, and we quickly see scratches all around, one including a rusting spot under the door, and a shaved strip. I asked if the dealership can fix it, he told me if I wanted this is what I get for buying a used car... and that I should consider a new car if I want them scratch free... My wife and I was stunned but willing to go for a test drive... He was acting edgy as if he is just doing us a charity show.

Then, I sat down for an offer price, and the manager came over after, to tell me basically this is not negotiable, and he walked away! I was still at the desk??? I left with a puzzled experience, and of course I will not recommend this dealership! I emailed the manager, Chris Mendicina, with no response of apology!

Well you get the picture, I be aware to shop here, take your hard earned money elsewhere! I found another Honda dealership with much better deal, and service with a smile. Good Luck to stay open, Tarrytown Honda.

Everyone we dealt with at Tarrytown Honda was polite, attentive and professional. The whole experience was completed in a very timely fashion. There were follow-up calls after we purchased the car. They truly seemed interested in our happiness with the purchase. I would most definitely recommend Tarrytown Honda to anyone interested in a new vehicle.
