Taste of China distinguishes itself from the usual fare, says owner Tommy Chan, with its attention to health. Here they saute with minimal oil and offer a wide selection of green vegetables, including spinach, asparagus and collard greens. Although most customers get their food to go or delivered, there are ample tables inside and four outside.
