The Sleepy Hollow Recreation Department renovates and maintains the village's seven parks and oversees public culturalMore and sporting events. The department is also responsible for Meals-on-Wheels, an after-school program, exercise classes, the Haunted Hayride, summer day camps and co-sponsored baseball, basketball, soccer and youth football leagues. Robin Pell is the Recreation Supervisor for Sleepy Hollow.
Sleepy Hollow Village Hall

The building between the Police Department and the Fire Department opened in 1940 and continues to operate as SleepyMore Hollow's municipal center. Village Hall currently houses the Justice Court, Administrator's Office, Architecture and Building Department, Finance Department and Recreation Department. The Village Board of Trustees meetings are held in the meeting room on the second floor of Village Hall. Trustee meetings are open to the public and usually fall on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
Horan’s Landing Park

Built in 1883 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the lighthouse stands in the shadow of the Tappan Zee Bridge.
