The building between the Police Department and the Fire Department opened in 1940 and continues to operate as SleepyMore Hollow's municipal center. Village Hall currently houses the Justice Court, Administrator's Office, Architecture and Building Department, Finance Department and Recreation Department. The Village Board of Trustees meetings are held in the meeting room on the second floor of Village Hall. Trustee meetings are open to the public and usually fall on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.

It's home to aMore statue of John Paulding and commemorates the capture of British spy John André. The park houses a playground and basketball courts and is a favorite local spot for picnics and walks. The park hosts numerous events during the year like a village-sponsored farmers market on Saturdays from May to November and the Eco-Fair in September.
