The department has a marine unit too.

A member of the Tarrytown Fire Department, this company sits just a short distance from the Hudson River on FranklinMore Street. It features Engine 80, a pumper that carries rescue equipment, in addition to firefighting equipment. On mutual aid calls, Riverside is the first due engine to respond. A member of the Tarrytown Fire Department, the Consolidated Engine Company was established in 1870, andMore features Engine 77.  This pumper not only features a pumping speed of 1,500 gallons per minute, but also carries extrication tools. These include the "jaws of life," a hydraulic-powered tool that is used to cut through wreckage, ensuring the safe extrication of victims.
