Replynearly 20 years ago I wrote about the TZ Bridge when the barrier lanes were moved during rush hour traffic - eastbound to Westchester County in the mornings, westbound to Rockland County in the afternoons. it worked well at the time, however traffic outgrew the bridge long ago. I'm interested to see how the plans materialize.

Replyhow long does it take to perform an eye test? a minute or two? NO COMPARISON to safety on the road. I agree, it's not a good idea.

ReplyEastchester has a program called Eastchester Communities That Care, which follows a model and uses a preventative approach. Sadly, often tragically, the issue of underage drinking has been going on for way too long be it at house parties, in establishments that serve alcohol, etc.
