Jean Hamerman, a Hastings on Hudson resident, serves on the Village's Conservation Commission.  In 2011, she founded NeighborGreen, a residential energy-efficiency contracting company that makes it easy for homeowners to air seal and insulate their homes for lower bills, year-round comfort and cleaner air.
