Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow Cooling Stations Continue

With a heat advisory extended through Tuesday 8 p.m., the villages will continue opening several cooling stations.

Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 95 degrees on Tuesday in Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow.

Cooling centers are open at the following locations through Friday:


1. The Warner Library, 121 North Broadway

Wednesday, July 17th - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday, July 18th - 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.

My thanks to the kind folks at Warner Library who gave my little one and I a homebase this morning when the park was too hot to touch (literally, you'd fry on that swing..)
