A worker transported some trays of equipment from Phelps to a Hartsdale doctor's office, where the screws and other expensive stuff went missing.

Reverse pedicle screws, adjustable t-connectors, and dual outer diameter polyaxial screws with quick release ratchets and holding sleeve assembly...

These were some of the very specific items listed by a worker as stolen from her vehicle after transporting them from Phelps operating room on July 5 to a Hartsdale doctor's office.

On July 19 the worker reported to Sleepy Hollow Police that at noon on the 5th she had received two trays from Phelps Hospital operating room containing various medical supplies.
