Sleepy Hollow Police Assist Possibly Assaulted Drunk Man

What sounded to one tenant of the adjacent Van Tassel apartments as another big late-night summer brawl was just a “boisterous” incident Sleepy Hollow police said they came upon on August 18 at 4:52 a.m.

Several people gathered around to observe with “one subject boisterous,” said Camp, as officers got the man into the ambulance they called.
