Vandal Spray Paints Swastikas and Genitalia in Sleepy Hollow Park

Sleepy Hollow Police responded to a call for some offensive graffiti found on the DPW shed and around Devries park on July 19 at 7:11 on Devries Avenue.

Police at the scene confirmed someone had broken into and burglarized the shed with village property stolen.

Spray painted on the shed and even on the grass playing field were several Swastikas and names of individuals, male genitalia, and miscellaneous symbols and numbers, said Police Chief Gregory Camp.

Camp had no further information on what was stolen or its value as police are investigating.
