Just Walk

This traffic advisory comes from Logan:

The 4th weekend in October is the most congested of the season. The effect of event traffic on local roads will be compounded by the closing of Route 9 Saturday evening for the village of Tarrytown's Halloween parade. Advise event guests to allow extra travel time.
